So I have created this list of some of the best body lotion, which I feel are just perfect for this season.

NIVEA Vit E Body Milk Lotion
Of course, had to start with the OG body lotion and that is the Nivea body milk.
It’s a light & fast absorbing body lotion that bears the classic Nivea cream scent, which will definitely make you feel nostalgic!
Though the scent fades away after few minutes, but the moisturising effect stays on for a good period of time.
May not be the best option for your skin if it is too dry and flaky or if you live in a very colder region .

Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula
I feel this body lotion is very underrated considering how effective it is. It will keep your skin moisturised for almost the entire day without any sort of greasiness.
It has a very mild scent of Cocoa in it, which doesn’t last for a long time though.
It’s a best option for somebody who loves heavy moisturising lotion, but don’t like the feel of them.

Plum BodyLovin’ Vanilla Vibes Body Oil
This product has been in the talks ever since it was launched.
It’s been years now and I still consider it to be the best one from plum’s body oil line!
It has a sweet vanilla scent that literally leaves you smelling like a bakery or cupcakes.
And it’s not just about the scent, the feel and application of this body oil is phenomenal too. It gets into your skin within few minutes and the scent lingers throughout the day.
I don’t think anybody who loves vanilla note, will not like this product .

Aveeno Skin Relief Lotion
A basic light cream that you can wear, even if you have sensitive skin.
It’ll soothe your skin within few applications itself and I love how long lasting this is.
I don’t even have to explain much when it comes to Aveeno Lotions.
I love the blue one more than green. I find it way more soothing and comfortable to wear at any time of the day.

Forest Essentials Ultra-Rich Body Milk
Forest Essentials have definitely created the most luxurious body lotions out there!
Their lotions don’t have the generic floral fruity notes, but scents that SCREAM LUXURY!
The texture though, is again, the generic one. It’s only their fragrance that makes them stand apart.
They’ve beautifully combined notes of Indian flowers, and herbs, that make them smell soo luxe!
So, this is best for people who have a thing for good smelling body lotions. The fragrance of these last for around good 2-3 hours on your skin.

Bioderma Atoderm Creme Ultra-Nourishing
If Aveeno lotions are not enough for you, move to this one from Bioderma.
A coin sized amount of it is all you need, and it’ll soothe your irritated and flaky skin.
It definitely is worth a try for anybody with troubled skin, like dryness and sensitivity.
Use it immediately after shower on damp skin, and it’ll surely gonna make a huge difference within a week!

Love Beauty & Planet Natural Murumuru Butter & Rose Glow Body Lotion
Again, if you’re into body lotions for their scents, consider Love Beauty & Planet too!
Texture wise, it’s very similar to the generic ones we get in the market.
The scent is for sure the main USP of this product.
They do have many ranges in body lotion, but I find the classic pink one to be the best! It’s a mild floral scent that won’t overpower your nose

Kama Ayurveda Shea Lotus Body Butter
For the skin that craves heavy creams & butters!
If your skin is dry and flaky, here’s another option to consider.
It’s best to be used at night, as it is a little greasy. Some people with extra dry skin like to layer oils and creams for a more long lasting results. But with this, this is all you need!
But, I do find it to be very expensive. Buy it only if it’s at a good offer, otherwise not worth it at full price

Juicy Chemistry Vanilla Body Butter
It’s a staple in my routine since a long time now. All their variants are nice, but I consider the vanilla one to be the best, coz it is soo decadent and rich.
I apply it at night (due to its greasy texture) and my skin still feel soft till morning.
The scent however is not of vanilla. It’s a citrusy scent, that fades away after a while.
Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum Cream
If you are in a mood to splurge, then consider buying Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum Cream.
It has a rich caramel and pistachio fragrance that is not very common, especially in body lotions.
And feel wise, the cream does its job too.
Light in texture but very nourishing. Won’t make you reach out to it again and again.
It’s actually best if you’re wearing any perfume with gourmand notes. It’ll elevate the fragrance even further.
But, it’s good only if you can spend this much. Not something you NEED to have or should save up for.

Blend It Raw Apricot Oil
Another option if you’re into body oils.
It’s something that all skin types will love, in all season. Gets absorbed in few minutes and keeps skin supple for a long time.
I personally love it on wet skin immediately after shower.
It’s a good option to layer with other lotions too, to increase their longevity.
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
For somebody who loves skin soothing ingredients like ceramides and hyaluronic acid, Cerave’s Classic Cream is probably the best option!
It has a siliconey texture, that feels very velvety on skin.
People who suffer from excess flakiness, psoriasis, itchiness or dryness will ADORE this, as it has multiple forms of ceramides and other skin barrier strengthening ingredients.
And the longevity is something worth mentioning too!
Its a no nonsense, does the job kind of a product, that doesn’t have any fragrance.

Hey! Absolutely not! As I mentioned, it gives a very velvety feel on the skin. No greasiness or stickiness at all. After the ingredients, its texture is what I love the most!
